Unleashing Ultra Games to the world — our game store opens to the public this April.
During the closed beta of Ultra Games, we invited more than 1,000 players to experience and test our game store. The feedback and insights from these players have been critical to the app’s development and growth, and we’re ecstatic to announce that we’re releasing Ultra Games to the public on the 25th of April!
What you need to know about the launch of Ultra Games
We’re excited to announce that Ultra Games will officially open to the public on April 25th at 4 pm UTC. Players who download the Ultra client will have access to our game store and, most importantly, can start playing games on Ultra!
Ultra Games is one of the core apps within our ecosystem and is now the third within the Ultra client to go public, accompanying the Uniq Marketplace and the Ultra Wallet.
The Ultra Games store, Uniq Marketplace, and Ultra Wallet work in unison, offering seamless access to games and digital assets, creating a complete and interconnected ecosystem for players. Along with an easy-to-navigate games store, Ultra Games features a game library and game launcher with an interface that is gamer-ready.
Additionally, updating your games is an effortless process that can be done conveniently within your game library.
Purchase games with a credit card or UOS
The purchasing process for games on Ultra Games is not only user-friendly but also straightforward. You have two options to buy games, either by using your credit card or Ultra’s native token, $UOS.
To make the process even more accessible, Ultra has partnered with Simplex, a secure service that enables you to easily top up your Ultra Wallet with $UOS. With Simplex, you can use your credit card, making it simple and hassle-free to load your wallet with Ultra’s token.
Refer fellow gamers to Ultra and earn rewards
After creating an account on Ultra, you will find a unique referral link in your Ultra Wallet that you can share with other players. When someone signs up using your referral link and makes a game purchase, you will receive a percentage of the sale as a reward.
Here’s how the referral system works:
- Share your unique referral link with a friend
- Your friend downloads Ultra using your link and begins browsing Ultra’s apps
- Your friend purchases a game from the store or a Uniq on the Uniq Marketplace launchpad, and you receive 2% of the sale — this is considered a first-level referral
- If your friend refers Ultra to their friends, you will receive an additional 1% on their purchases — this is known as a second-level referral
- Payouts for referral rewards will occur every month
- This referral bonus will last for 2 years
Our referral system has been ongoing for a substantial period and we’re excited to announce that payouts will begin upon the public release of Ultra Games. Please note that any purchases made before the public launch will not be eligible for payout. However, any referral accounts that were created prior to the launch will remain active.

Accessing Ultra Games is incredibly easy and user-friendly, requiring just a few clicks to get started. The first step is to download the Ultra platform. Once downloaded, you’ll be prompted to create an account, a process that only involves a few basic steps.
As soon as your account is created, you’ll be given access to your very own Ultra Wallet, a core app on our platform that will enable you to seamlessly purchase games and other assets on Ultra. With the Ultra Wallet, you’ll never have to worry about the hassle of exchanging currency or dealing with complicated payment systems — everything is streamlined for your convenience.

Enabling second-hand games resale through game tokenization
Game tokenization will be one of the core features within the Ultra ecosystem. It involves taking a game license and converting it into a digital token (Uniq).
Having games as Uniqs will grant you as a player true ownership of your games. Provided the game developer has enabled resellable games, you will have the ability to resell previously loved games on the Uniq Marketplace, or any other marketplace ingrained with Ultra’s Uniq standard. Additionally, you can also purchase second-hand games from these marketplaces.
This means players can recoup value from previous game purchases. How many of us have games stored in various game libraries that we know we’ll never touch again? The time has come to change this.
In-game assets as Uniqs
The Uniq standard is rapidly evolving, and eventually, it will be possible to tokenize every single piece of game content, giving gamers true ownership of every item and asset they acquire on their gaming journey.
By tokenizing in-game items as Uniqs, you will have more flexibility and control over how you use your items, leading to exciting new possibilities in your gaming experiences. Whether you want to trade your Uniqs with other players on the Uniq Marketplace, utilize their unique features in-game, or simply collect and show them off, the possibilities are endless.
