In the last post, I stressed on the importance of just showing up every time you can or are required to. Here is the icing on the cake — believe in your mission!

When do not believe in what we do, we are likely to lose purpose and get detached from the mission. This is the last thing we want despite showing up every single time! For example, believe that your lesson plans are creating a positive change in at least one learner. (Unless the lesson plan is so pathetic that even children who were confident earlier lose hope!)

Trust me, this is not as straight forward as it looks. Do you believe in what you do?
