See why Blink Health’s Director of Talent Acquisition chose Blink.

Rob Nix // Director, Talent Acquisition // New York City

Blink Health: What’s the office atmosphere like?
Rob Nix: Blink is an incredibly collaborative and open environment. I have never worked for a company with so much cross-functional collaboration before.

BH: Describe your coworkers in three words.
RN: Strong, resilient, leaders.

BH: What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work?
RN: Play with my two kids, Braxton and Maddon, play basketball with friends and go kayaking.

BH: What’s something you’ve achieved at Blink that you’re proud of?
RN: So far in 2019, we’ve hired 166 new employees as a team — and the year’s not even over yet. I’m really proud of that.

BH: What helps you recharge?
RN: A glass of Jameson.

BH: What are you excited about for Blink’s future?
RN: I’m excited for the potential of disrupting our category and changing the way consumers access prescription medications and healthcare. This is a $450 billion industry with almost zero oversight on drug pricing and zero price transparency. The mission is to fix all of this.

BH: There are lots of startups doing amazing things right now. Why did you choose Blink?
RN: Blink hits home for me because my father has major heart problems and couldn’t afford his meds before Blink because he is uninsured. Blink is saving my father’s life.
