The Blockchain Domain Grant Program: Wave Two Winners
We recently announced The Blockchain Domain Grant Program, an initiative that allocates $250,000 and developer support for wallets and exchanges that integrate .zil domain resolution.
We are now ready to share the second wave of grantees, and we want your help in selecting the next wave of grant winners by voting in this poll.
The announcement of grant winners will be an on-going process and we expect to share new grantees with the community on a regular basis.
Second Wave Grant Winners:
Coinomi was launched in 2014 by blockchain technology experts with a proven track record in fintech, cryptocurrencies and entrepreneurship. It is the oldest multi-asset wallet available, with millions of active users. It is also the largest bitcoin wallet to support .zil domains.
Coinomi is Seg-Wit enabled and offers 168 fiat currency representations, readable in 25 languages. All supported assets can be exchanged instantly via built-in support for ShapeShift & Changelly.
Support: 125 blockchains and thousands of cryptocurrencies and tokens.
Status: Integration phase.
ViewBlock is a blockchain explorer that currently supports .zil domains. The grant will be used to make .zil domain searches more detailed. You will be able to search for a domain and see the owner address, any cryptocurrency addresses that have been attached to the domain for payments, and contact information if the owner of the domain chooses to make that available.
These features are currently in the integration phase.
CoinRequest is made to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption as a whole with invoice support. Developed by a team of blockchain enthusiasts, CoinRequest aims to make day-to-day transactions easier.
Support: Invoice support and BTC, ETH, ZRX, DGB, and ZEL.
Status: Integration phase.
Conclusion
In our first announcement, we shared our first wave of grantees, Equal Tech and Counter Wallet.
The second wave of grant winners is another positive step in the right direction towards building the blockchain domain ecosystem. We will continue to keep the community up to date with the progress of these integrations.
