1 — All team members receive an invitation to a meeting. If the team member has connected her Google-Calendar to untwist, the event will be added automatically and a notification will be sent by email. If not, an invite will be sent by email.

2 — Before, during and after a meeting, notes can be added by all team members. Notes that were taken during the meeting are highlighted accordingly.
When taking notes, team members can be addressed by writing “@+name". When you do so, they will receive better reminders!

3 — You can see the members who are currently online in your meeting on the top right of the meeting screen.

4 — One day before the next meeting in a project, all members receive an email with the notes from the last meeting they were highlighted in along with a link to the meeting.
