1 — A project in untwist is anything that brings together a group of people for a shared purpose.
2 — When you create a project, you give it a name, add team-members using their email. They get invited and have the option to accept the invitation. Once they have accepted, they can participate in the meetings.
As a last step in the creation process, you can schedule the first meeting. All members will be invited into the meeting. If they connect their Google-Calendar, the meeting will be added to the calendar automatically.
3 — Additional settings for the project allow you to add a virtual meeting room by URL, or a note for which meeting room should be used. This information gets displayed in the meeting details on untwist and also added to the calendar.
During the project creation you have the option of adding the project to a group. This option is only available if you have created at least one group.
