Readying the 3Box DB Platform
3Box is a new distributed database infrastructure for Ethereum users. Users can now upload public and private information to an Ethereum Profile and share it across the network. This model greatly simplifies the new user onboarding process by making it easy for dapps to discover available information about an Ethereum address.
Since we officially announced 3Box and Ethereum Profiles on Medium two weeks ago in Developer Update #1, we’ve been overwhelmed with the positive reception, feedback, and support from the community as a whole.
In response, we’ve spent the last two weeks focusing on building out the 3Box Community Platform, as well as continuing to develop the 3Box MVP. This new community infrastructure will allow us to scale and grow the project right alongside our open source community. And of course we’re building the platform too. We’re excited to have you on this journey with us. Details below.
