Utrust has integrated Tether, its first stablecoin
With adoption firmly in our sights, we are breaking yet another boundary. Utrust has added a stablecoin to our offer. Tether (USDT) has been added to our service, and you can now use it to pay with any of our roster of elite merchants. Alternative Airlines, Arms &McGregor, Luís Onofre, S.L. Benfica, Phone House, eSolidar and any other of our portfolio of businesses will now be accepting payments with a coin that has a market cap of $7 billion. This is a true leap forward for Utrust and a key part of our roadmap for 2020.

Tether is by far the largest stablecoin in the market. It’s widely used by traders as a convenient way to move assets between exchanges and it has been around since 2015. Tether is traded on major exchanges like Bitfinex and Binance, and its simple and stable pricing structure makes it a very attractive gateway into digital currencies. Tether dominates this market, with over 80% of all Bitcoin (BTC) trading happening with the help of USDT.
