Yesterday, I switched to the User Experience course on Interaction Design Foundation. I got to understand how Design Thinking is different from User Experience. You can check it out here.
2.0 Why UX design matters
Today, I looked at why we need UX design. UX design is very important and valuable because it takes both user and business needs into consideration. UX design is sometimes called User-Centered Design or Human-Centered Design. It has its benefits which I’ve listed below:
- It allows us to improve the user’s experience when they are using our products and services.
- We are able to understand the users need.
- It allows us to make realistic goals regarding the type of solution to a problem we come up with.
3.0 Conclusion
I wasn’t able to study much today, so tomorrow, I’ll continue with this topic.
