Live the shloka Brahma Arpana bhahmavhi as and when you do anything. So when you eat live the shloka, when you drink, live the shloka etc.

Live as if this is someone else body. Visualize that you are living in another person’s body. Take it a step further and believe that this body is that of an enemy.
Record all the ways your body limits you. For example Sleep. When we sleep, we are not able to do any sadhana.
