ViteBridge Update

The “Saturn” Upgrade on the Vite Mainnet

The Vite mainnet will undergo the 6th upgrade this November. With the code name “Saturn“, this upgrade will include improvements for smart contract development and adjustment of key parameters on ViteX, including ratios for mining $VX, and the cost for generating referral codes. Read all about it here.

For Vite SBPs: Please download and run the latest version of go-vite client. This will ensure proper upgrade at the block height specified in the Saturn upgrade.

Vite Team Lock Update

Many users have asked what will happen to the VITE locked by the Vite Labs team which will be freed from the smart contract that is set to expire on January 1, 2022. We shared a full update with details here.

Vuilder Developing Vite Naming Service

Vite CEO Charles Liu recently posted a tweet asking users to comment on what name they would like to see thanks to a Vuilder building this project. Respond to his tweet below and let us know!

Welcome ViCat

First, it was ViNo, and we all got a little tipsy enjoying some NANO (or XNO?) on our DEX. Then people got healthier with VITC. Of course, dog coins came our way fast and feeless with VINU. But while the dog has its day, the cats have come out to play with ViCat. ViCat landed on the Vite ecosystem recently via the founders of the Vite ecosystem database, VITEtools. Make sure you follow ViCat on Twitter, Telegram, and Discord and score you some free ViCat — it’s better than catnip, cat naps, and cat food.
