1. Navigate to the Capital App and click on + Investor located above Capital Structure.
Or
1. Navigate to the Capital App, find the funding round that you want to add the investor to, and click + that shows up on hover and is located in the Investors section.
2. Find the investor and click NEXT. If you can’t find the investor, then you can add them to Waccal by clicking on + NEW.
3. If the security was purchased directly from your company, click YES. If this is a transfer of security from another investor, exit this screen and see How to transfer Securities.
4. Fill in the attributes and click SEND REQUEST. This will send a request to the investor to verify their investment in your company.
