Creative Circle reports that just 9.9% of staff at Britain’s creative companies are from BAME backgrounds. With the average student debt now at £44,000 (Financial Times) and consistent increases in London rent and living costs, it’s no surprise. There is a huge talent pool for which the advertising industry is just is not an option. This programme exists to change that.
