Day 017 Weight Loss— Back on track! [250 to 244.0]
Okay, I only lost 0.2 lbs, but I was expecting it to take a bit longer to “recover” from the Christmas food, but I guess not. Eating greens and drinking black coffee or tea before eating is a real huge help! I’m typing this before heading out so its real quick, but I’m pretty confident in my ability to start losing weight fast. I’m also proud of myself for doing this for 17 days, I tried this last year and I don’t think I made it past 15 days, so let’s go!
