Is there anything that you have allowed to take root in your heart, in your mind and in your soul that are preventing you to fully become your true self?

Maybe someone told you to act a certain way.

Maybe someone rejected you.

Maybe loneliness settled in your heart.

Maybe what you’ve been looking at in magazines or in movies altered the way that you see yourself.

Maybe your past has now shaped who you think you ought to be.

Maybe there are some things that have dug deep roots inside of you and now you feel like you are trapped and that you cannot freely be who you were truly created to be.

Well, in these next couple of articles, we will try to get to the bottom of it…. Literally!

Our first article will tackle how every one of us pretend to be perfect. It is time to uproot your made up perfection and to really look at your imperfections. Not to shame you but in order to truly see what you are dealing with. Awareness is the first step to freedom.

Time to stop lying to ourselves! The second article is going to help each and every one of us to be real with ourselves. In this article, we will dig deep to look at the things that we have allowed to take roots such as insecurities, past experiences, the influences of movies/magazines/music etc… other people’s opinions or even our own desire to shape our own self.

In the third article, we are going to talk about how we can set ourselves free from what was talked about in the second article and how we can forever be transformed back into our original self.

Lastly, the last article will teach us how after being transformed we can help others be transformed too. We will talk about how the world needs each and every one of us to be a light on one another’s path so that everyone can live in peace and harmony with each other and with their own self.
