Migrate your wit.ai account to Meta login before August 1, 2024

In June 2023, wit.ai moved from using Facebook accounts to Meta accounts for login.

From August 1, all the Facebook login linked wit.ai accounts and associated data will be deleted. This a follow up step from last year’s Meta account login launch. Wit.ai will keep our service through only the Meta account login.

What does this mean?

If you don’t migrate your wit.ai account to Meta login before August 1, your Facebook login linked wit.ai account will be deleted. You will lose access to your account and your apps’ Server Access Token and Client Access Token won’t work. You won’t be able to reactivate or retrieve anything from this account.

What should I do next?

To maintain access to your wit.ai account and data, go to the wit.ai website and click the Continue with Meta button to start the Meta account authentication progress. Learn more about how to connect your account.

If you already have your Meta account login setup, your experience is not affected.
