How do I file a complaint?
Have you spotted a mistake we made? Email us directly here: contact@wow-ai.com. Also, you can:
- Report posts & users directly to Medium.
- Report copyright violations here.
- Contact Medium’s support team here.
Do I need to subscribe to Medium to read your articles?
No, we always have free articles for you to read about AI. However, our writers can choose to lock their posts for members. In that case, you are only granted 5 paywalled articles per month. If you want to get access to all Medium stories, consider becoming a Medium member.
Do you publish only in English?
Yes.
What happens when I submit my article to Wow AI?
Always make sure to check our guidelines and how to become a writer with Wow AI. Once you have submitted your article, it will be reviewed by our editor.
Within 24–36 hours, if we think your article needs improving, someone from our team will provide you with feedback on your Medium article. Please keep your personal note open so we can reach you directly.
If your article is ready to go, it will be published in our publication and you will be notified via email.
Can I submit a post I already wrote?
As long as the post follows the Medium guidelines and it wasn’t already published on Medium, it is allowed to submit a post you already wrote.
Can I translate a post into another language?
You will have to contact the author directly to ask for permission.
