Heyy guys…………..

Today, I want to share the most important thing that happens to everyone in their writing journey.

If writing on Medium is a side hustle for you, this situation will likely appeal to you the most.

When we are committed to doing other work(9–5) and engage in writing on Medium as a side hustle, we dedicate ourselves to multiple responsibilities.

But you know what often happens. Sometimes, our work demands more of our time, causing our focus on writing to slowly diminish.

The worst situation is when we recognize that our focus on writing is declining, yet feel powerless to address it. The stress from our work paralyzes us, leaving us unable to take action.

We feel disappointed when faced with this reality.

But one thing……

It’s okay if your writing journey hits a slump; remember, the passion for writing still resides within you. This disappointment stems from caring deeply about your craft. Try not to worry too much; you can always pick yourself up and continue forward.

In times of work-related stress, it’s common to feel like you lack content for writing stories on Medium. However, this feeling isn’t necessarily true; it often arises due to the overwhelming demands of your workload.

If you ever feel that way, don’t immediately pressure yourself to start writing a story. Instead, shift your focus to reading a story on Medium. This can help ease the pressure and inspire your writing later on.

For instance, if you typically write 1–2 stories on Medium and regularly read 4–5 stories, but feel short on content due to work stress, try reading 10 stories on Medium instead.

I’m suggesting this because it can inspire you to write. Often, reading more stories can instantly spark ideas or topics for your writing.

Exactly. Don’t be discouraged if your time is consumed by work. You can still maintain your side hustle by prioritizing reading over writing. This approach can ultimately reignite your motivation and lead you back to writing with fresh ideas.

Happy writing……….

Thank you for reading………….
