Most Xoogley contribution: Hosting Xoogler events and workshops in Switzerland since early ‘17.

What’s your professional goal? A decentralized and healthy growing startup ecosystem all over EMEA which fosters growth for more EMEA “unicorns”.

What’s your best experience at Google to date? The quality of people from around the world who can easily work across all regions and different kind of teams. That’s special!

Also the fantastic infrastructure globally from email/calendar to work equipment and of course the general high standard of the facilities.

Most valuable lesson learned at Google so far? Stay focused to get things done!

There are always a lot of great opportunities in Google to work on interesting projects but it’s important to look at the impact you can have and focus on those areas where you can make a difference.

What’s your vision for the Xoogler community? A strong Alumni network similar to the ones from some consulting companies that’s well connected to Google.

Also I’d like to see several startups becoming successful thanks to support from the Xoogler community.
