Conquer All-New YGG Quests in Double the Games for GAP Season 6

YGG’s Guild Advancement Program (GAP) is back with Season 6, featuring more games, more quests, and more badges to be unlocked. GAP Season 5 introduced a host of upgrades to set a new standard for what it means to go on quests with YGG. GAP is seeing a more streamlined questing and rewards system, starting with a redesigned website and the incorporation of YGG points into the program. Now with shorter cycles and breaks between seasons, GAP is making strides toward delivering the best questing experiences possible through faster iterations in collaboration with gaming partners and the YGG community.

What can YGG players expect in GAP Season 6? The new season comes with quests for twice as many games as Season 5, including some of web3’s hottest titles in recent months. Bounties also return with more ways for questers to share their talents with the community, and players will be able to work through higher-tier Premium Quests for bigger rewards. Kicking off on July 10, GAP Season 6 is set to be the program’s most exciting iteration yet.

What’s New in GAP Season 6?

Last season, YGG focused on improving the overall experience for GAP participants via infrastructure and system upgrades. With these enhancements in place, GAP Season 6 comes with a more robust selection of games, plus an exclusive set of advanced quests for YGG’s most intrepid players.

New Quests in the Hottest Web3 Games

The GAP is doubling its roster of games this season, jumping from four titles to eight. Pixels and Rumble Racing Star return, with the addition of community favorites such as Parallel, Guild of Guardians and Nifty Island.

On average, each game partner for GAP Season 6 will feature three to four playable quests. Rumble Racing Star’s lawnmower speedsters will have a single quest to conquer, and it will be an epic one worth prepping for. Meanwhile, commanders of Immutable’s Guild of Guardians can embark on six quests should they be up for the challenge.

More YGG Bounties for All

Fresh bounties are being added to the GAP Season 6 roster, giving players even more opportunities to showcase their skills, level them up, and build an impressive YGG badge collection. Just like last season, these quests will be available to complete for an additional two weeks after the season wraps up.

Game Testers Program

GAP Season 6 will see several bounties tied into the YGG Game Testers Program (GTP). This will enable the community’s most active contributors to progress through both programs simultaneously.

Taking on this questline will give players access to open beta versions of several upcoming web3 games, with rewards available for players who clear in-game missions and accomplish their feedback forms. Following the conclusion of GAP Season 6, participants of GTP quests can also continue working with YGG Game Testers Program Lead Mae-zing and her team to share valuable input on web3’s most promising new games.

AI Data Labeling with Sapien and Navigate

YGG is expanding its bounty offerings in GAP Season 6 with a questline that will introduce the community to two of the guild protocol’s newest partners focused on AI data labeling, Sapien and Navigate.

Questers will get to experience Sapien’s gamified approach to AI data labeling and earn rewards based on how well they assist Sapien’s clients in the fashion, retail and educational technology industries to build up their large language models (LLMs). Players can also get started in Navigate’s Data Quest, a gamified data labeling platform with a nostalgic video game interface, where they determine whether the sentiment of user-generated content (UGC) is pro, con or neutral.

Global Creators

One of the most well-received series of bounties in GAP Season 5 was the YGGPH Creators questline. Members of YGG Pilipinas, YGG’s Philippine regional guild partner, had the opportunity to progress through GAP by creating UGC and amplifying it on social media platforms. In GAP Season 6, a global version of this questline goes live to cater to YGG’s wider community.

Through the Global Creator bounties, participants can showcase their expertise in many areas. For example, talented contributors can assist YGG and its partnered games in their marketing efforts by creating and sharing videos, memes, X threads, gameplay streams, and more. This GAP season, YGG’s entire global community of guilds, questers and creatives can get in on the fun and be rewarded for their ingenuity.

Exclusive Quests and Rewards for Season Pass Holders

Season 5 questers who already successfully claimed their rewards can also exchange some of those YGG tokens for a Season Pass to access higher-tier Premium Quests for bigger, more exclusive rewards. Finishers stand to win in-game assets, NFTs, game tokens, special in-game roles, and even rare merchandise. All YGG token holders are welcome to experience this new class of GAP quests.

How to Participate in GAP Season 6

To sign up for GAP Season 6, players will need to visit the YGG website. Here, you can fill out a form with your email address and Discord information before connecting your wallet to the dapp via Polygon. This is where your achievement badges will be minted, ensuring your contributions in GAP Season 6 are immortalized onchain once the season comes to a close.
