Yield Guild Games Partners with Game Asset Production Factory, BreederDAO

Yield Guild Games (YGG) is establishing a partnership with game asset production factory BreederDAO to meet the growing demand for in-game assets in the Metaverse and onboard more players into virtual economies and play-to-earn games. BreederDAO is producing NFT assets that are used in play-to-earn games such as Axie Infinity, CyBall, Sipher, Pegaxy, Crabada, WonderHero and Metalcore, among others.

YGG has acquired US$400,000 worth of BreederDAO tokens ($BREED). $BREED is an ERC-20 token with multiple utilities and is structured around the three main users: games, guilds and gaming enthusiasts. Through $BREED, guilds will have an initial breeder offering that will enable them to get first dibs on initial batches, especially for in-demand games with limited initial production capacity. This acquisition guarantees YGG access to the first generation of assets produced by BreederDAO by staking a portion of $BREED tokens via the BreederDAO Chute program.

With BreederDAO, all asset-generation tools are developed in-house and derived from a combination of comprehensive game mastery, data-driven analytics and modeling. As the go-to asset production factory for quality gaming assets of the Metaverse, BreederDAO is composed of 45 team members working in breeding and crafting NFT assets in blockchain games.

With over 300 partner gaming guilds, BreederDAO is ready to show its effectiveness and coordinate with these guilds to broaden the play-to-earn ecosystem as a whole. By producing assets at scale, BreederDAO ensures that guilds can scale faster and provide scholarships to meet an increasingly rising demand. Moreover, to offer guilds even greater benefits, the DAO allows them to specify their desired traits through a range of on-chain and off-chain techniques to maximize value creation.

Recently, BreederDAO also launched Playcore, a play-to-earn gaming dashboard that presents easily digestible data from token prices to marketplace volumes straight from BreederDAO’s database of play-to-earn games (currently 10 different games). Labeled as the “Gateway to Blockchain Gaming”, it is an analytics and content aggregator for everything related to play-to-earn, providing a rich analytics from on-chain and other sources, as well as consolidating the best podcasts, articles and relevant tweets centered around blockchain gaming within the industry, all in one view deck.

Gabby Dizon, co-founder of YGG, is serving as an advisor to BreederDAO along with Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, Piers Kicks, founding partner at Delphi Ventures and crypto lead at BITKRAFT, Ryan Wyatts, CEO of Polygon Studios, and Nathan Smale and Leah Callon-Butler, founders of the advisory firm, Emfarsis.

BreederDAO consists of a Filipino team led by Renz Chong, a former management consultant, Jeth Ang, a founder of numerous companies in the Philippines, and Nicolo Odulio, who leverages his smart contract expertise in building crypto projects and decentralized apps across multiple chains, including Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and Ethereum.
