The Best Bathrooms on Campus
Last year our crack team of student investigators were tasked with tracking down the best microwaves on campus. With their work complete we were all able to enjoy warm, hassle-free food throughout the winter. But eating all of this food begs the obvious question:
What are the best bathrooms on campus?
We put our investigators on the case, and they are now prepared to share their findings in their quest to find the best bathroom on the U of A Campus.

This bathroom is so well lit, with bright white lights (no yellowish tinge). It makes the bathroom feel so clean and a prime location to preen. I’m not one to take selfies in a bathroom but this one is so well lit I feel a strong urge to. I’ve never had to wait in line for this bathroom, it doesn’t seem to get busy and there are a ton of stalls. I also have the option to use paper towel or a hand dryer that actually dries my hands in a reasonable amount of time.

This bathroom is the perfect distance from my regular classroom so I get a nice walk break on my breaks. Additionally, the water fountain is conveniently located outside so I can fill up my water bottle while I’m at it.

This bathroom is an absolute unit. The ceilings must be at least 15 feet high, two entire rows of stalls that individually are larger than other entire bathrooms on campus, it even has a baby changing area.
While it’s got all the practical elements to make a fantastic bathroom, it is a little bland to look at.

There is a window near the bathroom entrance, so after you’ve finished your business, you exit to a lovely 6th-floor view of the Edmonton skyline. This is probably one of the most private bathrooms on campus. Do I need to elaborate further?

I’ve never had to wait in line for this bathroom, it doesn’t seem to get busy and there are a ton of stalls. I also have the option to use paper towel or a hand dryer that actually dries my hands in a reasonable amount of time. Frosted glass and colourful tiles also lighten up the atmosphere. The bathroom does sometimes have a unique scent, but the colourful walls are a nice touch!

The x-factor that makes this bathroom special is its number of stalls! There is a vast array of choices, and you can choose a stall that is either directly under a light, or one that is more dimly lit if it’s located between two light fixtures. The choice is yours!

The cleanliness of this bathroom is immaculate given the dense traffic of first floor CSC. The stalls are nice, but there are only a few of them. These bathrooms will often feel packed during the peak traffic hours between classes.

I’m pretty sure this is one of the most underused bathrooms ever because it’s just a little bit further away from things than it’s more convenient, smaller and smellier cousin on the same floor. I’ve never seen anyone else in here. This is the best kept secret on North
Campus.
