The ZTX Genesis Home mint is on the horizon, and we’re excited to bring you all the details. Get ready to mark your calendars as this post will cover the timeline, the details of each stage, and how to participate. Additionally, we’ll go over plans for the reveal and answer some common questions.

Overview
The Genesis Home mint will kick off the development of the ZTX ecosystem, allowing early supporters to collect one of the first-ever ZTX digital assets: District Homes. Each Home will be a customizable & immersive in-game asset that unlocks additional utilities such as gameplay boosts and access to one of the four ZTX Districts — Arts, Financial, Games and Fashion.
With the supply of only 4,000 District Homes, our team has spent months strategizing the mint. We strive to make it fair and get ZTX District Homes into the hands of community members and long-term partners. The mint will take a 4-stage approach, whereby the first 3 stages will have allowlists (Home Lists) made up of community members, partners, collectors, and KOLs.
While the different stages might provide minters with different access, each stage will have the same mint price. This means all of the District Homes will be individually minted and paid for with the exception of around 200 Homes minted for long-term treasury and marketing. There will be no airdrops to partners or even the team. High-conviction buyers only.
Another thing to note, there is a universal max of 5 NFTs per wallet. This applies to the mint, not the secondaries. However, as you will see below, this is unlikely given that there is a max 1/wallet cap during each stage, and the mint could very well sell out by stage 3.
MINT STAGES
Stage 1: Presale
The presale will be for team members, long-term partners, collectors, and KOLs. We will be announcing the date soon so make sure to follow our Twitter for live updates.
Some things to note:
- This is not an airdrop. Everyone, even team members, needs to pay.
- The price will be the same in all stages.
- ZTX team allocations minted in this stage will be restricted & will not be sold in the upcoming weeks.
The presale allows us to create a stage with a longer opening window, accommodating pre-agreed allocations for long-term supporters of ZTX. The curated list of collectors and partners was hand-picked based on their strong convictions and strategic alignment with our project. And as we mentioned, there will be no airdrops. We believe everyone in this stage should be willing to pay the same fair price. Yes, even our own team members.
Stage 2: Genesis Citizens
This stage of the mint will go towards rewarding and encouraging active ZTX community members and long-term partners. Everyone added to this allowlist will be guaranteed 1 NFT, and the price will be the same as stage 1.

How can I join?
The Discord path: In order to qualify, you can join Discord, participate in challenges and games, and collect ZTXP points through our Crew3 missions to climb the leaderboard and reach the golden @ ZTX Genesis Citizen Discord role.
The Application path: We understand that not everyone is a Discord person and this should not exclude valuable members from joining ZTX. That is why we have launched the ZTX Genesis Citizen Application Portal as part of our partnership with Dust Labs.
You can use it to apply for a guaranteed allowlist spot. Our team will review the applications on an ongoing basis, and the approved users will be notified in ZTX Discord and through the status of their application in the application portal.
Stage 3: Non-Guaranteed

- Total available: First come, first serve — until sold out
To be eligible for this stage, you will need to apply via the ZTX Genesis Citizen Application Portal. You will be automatically added to this stage if you don’t enter the guaranteed allowlist. Once the stage starts, it will be first come, first serve until the mint has sold out or the duration of the stage ends. Limited quantity expected. It is encouraged to act fast.
Q: Can I apply if I’m already in stage 2?
A: Yes. Even if you have already been granted a guaranteed allowlist (through Crew3 challenges or as a winner of a contest), you can still mint during the non-guaranteed stage. Just make sure to apply through the portal.
Stage 4: Public
If, by the end of stage 3, there are still remaining NFTs, then the mint will be opened to the public. At this point, anyone can mint. The price will be the same as the previous stages. We foresee this stage being unlikely and encourage anyone who wants to mint to take a few minutes to apply to the ZTX Genesis Citizen Application Portal.
Reveal + Keys
The metadata reveal of the NFTs will happen a few days after the collection mints out (or when the last stage ends). However, after successfully minting a ZTX District Home, you will immediately see the NFT token ID in your wallet. This token ID will have a temporary pre-reveal graphic: a beautiful 3D artwork we want to surprise you with! You will be able to see and trade the NFT on marketplaces pre-reveal.
