ZTX To Build On Arbitrum
The integration will empower ZTX to bring a new wave of unmatched capabilities to users, brands & partners around the world
We’re excited to announce that ZTX will be launching on Arbitrum to develop its upcoming open-world application. When choosing a home for ZTX, we asked ourselves - what would give users the best ZTX experience?
It came down to:
- On-chain activities that are fast, affordable and secure
- Interoperability with major chains
- Infrastructure to support web2 onboarding
- An ecosystem of projects to integrate with and broaden the opportunities we offer

Needless to say, Arbitrum checked all the boxes.
With the launch of Nitro last year, Arbitrum can handle 7x more throughput than Ethereum while offering significantly lower gas fees — usually less than $1 per transaction. As a rollup, it also inherits the security and benefits from the interoperability of Ethereum.
In addition to the mentioned advantages, we are excited to leverage the infrastructure projects within Arbitrum’s ecosystem. This integration will facilitate the onboarding of ZEPETO’s web2 user base, with the support of Arbitrum’s established network. Arbitrum has positioned itself as one of the top four chains in terms of Total Value Locked (TVL) and among the top ten in terms of active users. Its vibrant ecosystem of DeFi protocols and games continues to attract both users and talented individuals, fostering growth and innovation within the community.
And we’re thrilled to work with Arbitrum and build alongside a rich ecosystem of leading DeFi protocols, bridging solutions, fiat onramp, account abstraction, wallet providers, and exchanges — to bring YOU the best ZTX experience.
What’s next?
Starting in a few weeks, ZTX will be launching a series of gated Playtests — opportunities for you to test out the ZTX game experience in stages months ahead of the Beta Launch. The Playtests will combine aspects of off- and on-chain activities, with the on-chain ones being on Arbitrum. More details regarding Playtests and how to participate will be announced soon so make sure to follow our Twitter and join Discord.
Shortly after the Playtests will be the ZTX Genesis Home Mint. The mint will consist of 4,000 District Homes, which will be immersive in-game assets that you can decorate and call your home inside of ZTX. They will also unlock special opportunities, such as access to future drops and boosted gameplay.
In addition to this, our Avatar Builder will continue to see updates to its experience and offerings. We’re also working with various leading web3 and web2 brands to bring you awesome collaborations so stay tuned as we have some exciting news coming your way.
