設計觀察與構思
設計觀察，是設計學門必修的基礎技能，透過觀察使用者的真實行為，並且讓自己置入情境，尋找使用者的剛性需求，進而與團隊成員一起構思聚焦的設計概念。 「以人為中心設計」為本課程的主要核心概念，學員會學到設計觀察以及分析資料的方法，把觀察所搜集來的資料整理並詮釋。 本課程以團隊合作、設計觀察報告、設計構思提案為主要評分項目，在課程中需要團隊的觀察與發現，進而提出團隊所討論後的設計構思。
