19-Year-Old College Students Taking On Big Tobacco

Two sophomores at the University of Texas at Austin have successfully created a healthier alternative to nicotine vaporizers such as Big Tobacco Behemoth, “JUUL,” by replacing nicotine with caffeine, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
