If you’re a first-time user, please follow the Using Blockmarket Desktop 3.0 for the first time instructions.

When you initially start Blockmarket Desktop 3.0 without having Syscoin, a friendly message will invite you to fund your wallet. Following these step-by-step instructions will allow you to securely purchase Syscoin in order to use all of Blockmarket’s innovative features.

Click the “Send/Receive” button in the application. Select the “Receiving Address List” option in the drop-down menu.

The “Receiving Address List” button can be found by clicking on “Send/Receive” drop-down menu

Your “Receiving Addresses List” will appear. If this is a brand-new installation, you will only have one address in your list. Highlight your wallet address and copy the address by pressing CTRL-C in Windows or ⌘-C in Mac.

The “Receiving Addresses List” shows you what addresses you have in Blockmarket

Paste your receiving address in the “Pay From” line (exchange wallet, mobile wallet, alternate Syscoin/Blockmarket wallet, etc.), enter the amount of Syscoin you want to send to yourself and confirm. Your Syscoin should arrive within a few minutes as long as the wallet the funds were sent from is up-to-date and operational. Your transaction will appear on the “Recent Transactions” list on the “Home” screen or it can be found on the full transaction in the “Transaction List” tab located under the “Send/Receive” drop-down menu. It takes a few minutes for the transaction to confirm, as the transaction needs to be processed on the Blockchain, the status icon will change to a check-mark once it has been confirmed.

The “Recent Transactions” list shows recent transactions on the “Home” screen. The status shows that this transaction isn’t confirmed yet.
The Full Transaction List shows after clicking on the “Transaction List” button located on at the “Send/Receive” drop-down menu. The status shows that this transaction has been confirmed.

Once you’ve funded Blockmarket, it is important to create an Alias to be able to use all of Blockmarket’s services. Aliases are your username on the Syscoin platform. Follow these step-by-step instructions on how to create one and even assign your identity to it:
