Unlocking Your Career, Love & Enlightenment:
Understanding a Life Code #2/11
The instant you are born your “life destiny” begins, and at this moment you are assigned a special code which holds the key to who you are and your unique fate.
We all have a Life Code. What number are you?
For me, Life Codes were the key that opened the secret entrance into my inner kingdom I never knew existed. An inner kingdom I’d been standing outside of in the pouring rain for hours waiting on someone to come along and save me from my self-inflicted misery. For the purpose of this article I’m going to focus on Life Code #2s, but take a look at other articles to learn more about yourself and/or others.

Life Code #2/11 — The Father
The Life Code #2/11 energy is about the ultimate male frequency and vibration. It is the ‘Guru’ energy, the Buddha, Christ, or whichever belief system you may follow that involves a male as the figurehead. The energy of this area of the Tree of Life is non-physical; it is thought before form. Whatever you deem as ‘life force’, its frequency is this intelligence.
Life Code #2/11 means you are the ideal partner whether that is in love, friendship or business. You’re extremely intuitive compared to all of the Life Code energies, and tend to be very sensitive with a deep understanding of what’s going on ‘behind the scenes’ in most situations.
You have a natural instinct for bringing harmony to any troubling situation, and are usually the person trying to ‘keep the peace’ in group settings. As the ultimate male vibration you’re typically the ‘rock’ in the family others frequently depend on, exceptionally charming to everyone you meet, and capable of mastering any group/environment without the slightest friction and/or push-back.
It’s also in your nature to understand and forgive easily as you find it easy to see things from the perspective of others. Within troubled marriages, a Life Code #2/11 will do his/her best to resolve difficulties and will initiate change for the better. Your forgiving nature may though, at times, be a little too forgiving. Those of less integrity will attempt to take advantage of this.
With the placement of the Life Code #2/11 on the Tree of Life just below the Higher Self of the 1/10, you have an abundance of ideas from source, which is constantly flowing through you, and with impeccable ease. The image I get when I think of a Life Code #2/11 is a picture of a masculine energy with two strong & dirty hands that have the power of building/creating anything. Life Code #2/11s can easily mold ideas into reality, but also need the help and cooperation of others to bring them properly into fruition.
Your darker energy is moody, undecided, oversensitive and easily influenced. You have an unusual ability to be comfortable on your own if you have to be, as you have a spirit of independence that makes you the perfect partner, but also gives you the ability to feel emotional intimacy in all forms of relationships.
Life Code #2/11 & Love:
Life Code #2/11s tend to be very loyal, and in my experience welcome the thought of a deep & meaningful opportunity to share his/her life with someone special. You are more sensitive to others & have the ability to truly listen, and Life Code #2/11s are extremely sincere, honest, and always see the best in people. Because of their sensitivity, gentleness and loving spirit, you make an excellent friend or romantic partner.
Life Code #2/11s have immense compassion and care for other people, which may cause you to deny your own needs in favor of the needs of others. When/If a Life Code #2/11 doesn’t have strong boundaries in any relationship, romantic or platonic, feelings of resentment & anger are most common. Your sensitivity, in some ways, will be your downfall if not in a proper balance/alignment.
The shadow side of a Life Code #2/11 is commonly oversensitive, shy, and afraid to speak his/her mind. Because you are afraid of being hurt you may avoid confrontation and hold back your true feelings/opinions. This can cause you to have trouble contributing to a group, and may make you feel resentful because you are withholding your ideas and contributions.
Below are my thoughts around Life Code #2/11s energy when paired with all of the other Life Codes. Be mindful of the power of free-will we all have, which can positively or negatively overtake any relationship, romantic and/or platonic, with enough determination and collaboration.
Life Code #2/11 & #1: Usually quite a cozy relationship but it does have a high risk of not being stimulating enough for both partners. It’s a good combination for the traditional roles of husband and wife if that’s the sort-of thing you’re looking for….
Life Code #2/11 & #2/11: This is a loyal and stable pairing, which could be an ideal pairing for most people. Life Code #2/11s are at ease opening up fully to each other and offering unconditional support. But, there is the risk that neither partner will thrive or meet any of the necessary friction required for their personal growth. So this partnership may feel comfortable but be too unambitious.
Life Code #2/11 & #3: The easy-going Life Code #3 must be aware of the deep sensitivity of the Life Code #2/11, and will need to be able to speak up if he/she feels they are ever treated too flippantly. Both Life Codes #2/11 & #3 are open and expressive, so it’s likely the relationship will be passionate and loving. There may be some fireworks or displays of temper at times, but overall much more harmony than drama.
Life Code #2/11 & #4: The Life Code #2/11 seeks a loving commitment, and the Life Code #4 will naturally need to create a stable environment, so much happiness & fulfillment can be found in these two energies together. If love strikes, this partnership will become serious very quickly. But like the Life Code #2/11 & #2/11, there is the risk that neither partner will be especially inspired or meet any of the necessary friction required for their personal growth…. So, that’s something to be mindful of.
Life Code #2/11 & #5: A difficult pairing, but, if true love can be found there’s potential under the right circumstances…. Most Life Code #2/11s need deep connection, and Life Code #5s need significant space and the freedom to run wild, which means these energies are destined for completely different paths. It’s likely both will end up unfulfilled and great conflict could result, but under the right conditions anything is possible.
Life Code #2/11 & #6: These two energies have a great deal to offer each other in terms of compatibility. Life Code #2/11s have strong emotional sensitivity, and a Life Code #6 is very nurturing & family oriented, which together make for a calm and understanding partnership.
Pro tip: give each other room to breathe and grow.
Life Code #2/11 & #7: Life Code #2/11s live from his/her heart, while a Life Code #7 tends to live from his/her mind & can’t get out of the way of their feelings if unbalanced. This is a combination where intuition meets intelligence, sensitivity meets analysis, and the heart meets the mind. What could go wrong?
Life Code #2/11 & #8: One of the more compatible combinations amongst Life Codes because of the emotional depth and support from the Life Code #2/11 combined with the ‘provider’ energy of the Life Code #8. This relationship is often seen as the classic traditional family model, where the (female) Life Code #2/11 takes care of the family, and the (male) Life Code #8 takes care of the financial needs … or in the case of the classic male/female role reversal, it’ll still work out very nicely.
Life Code #2/11 & #9: These Life Codes could be soul-mates, or they could exist in perpetual misunderstanding…. Both Life Code #2/11 & #9 have compassionate and ultra-generous traits, however, the Life Code #9 typically directs this outwards into the collective of humanity (and not always into the relationship!) so the Life Code #2/11 is at a high-risk of feeling triggered often. Jealousy and hurt might flare, but if both energies are healed and/or balanced, a long-lasting & passionate romance may ensue.
I have met two Life Code #2/11 & #9 romantically together, one was my grandparents and the other my Spiritual mentor & husband, and both say the same thing, “I’ve been fortunate to marry my best-friend”. When balanced, these two Life Codes are soul-mates, and if both are on a path of ascension & spiritual growth, they would be the most powerful couple in the universe, if there-ever were such a thang. Like, for-real real.
Life Code #2/11 Career:
For the simplicity of this article I’ve been combining the traits of a Life Code #2/11 for both the #2 & #11 energies, but for this Career section I’m going to separate the two energies. So, when you calculate your Life Code number and it equals twenty, then you’re a Life Code #2. And when you calculate your Life Code number and it equals thirty eight, then you’re a Life Code #11. If still unsure, just ask me and I’ll straighten you out.
Life Code #2 — Typically work very well in any partnership situation where you can bounce-off ideas, collaborate and/or work with one other person instead of teams and/or a group of people. Environments & professions like a small mediator, law firm, counselors, real estate agency, insurance and/or other industries where you’re ‘independent’, but still connected with others on a regular basis. You have a strong intuition and are able to create & manifest things quickly, so working with your hands and building/creating things comes very easily for you. You’re naturally at your best when you can work with someone else, a partner and/or peer so you don’t feel like you’re out on an island by yourself. The U.S president Barack Obama is a Life Code #2, and Michelle Obama a Life Code #11, which highlights the magic of these two powerful energies once combined.
Life Code #11 — Typically work very well in a leadership role and/or like to be the boss in the working environment, or you run your own business. Life Code #11s tend to prefer the daily challenges of working for themselves, and can easily go-with-the-flow with all of the common obstacles being self employed typically bring. This is one of the major difference between a Life Code #11 & #2. You like to do things at your own pace and prefer to push the pace within all business matters, or you’ll easily get bored & start to withdraw. You like to be in control, stretched thin, challenged, and with enough variety to keep your attention & be able to leave your mark on the final outcome. The greatest basketball player ever, Michael Jordan, is a Life Code #11, which is no surprise with all of his success both on & off of the basketball court.
Challenges for a career path of a Life Code #2 & #11 are quite similar. Both have a tendency to ‘over-do things’, which can manifest itself as taking on too many projects, stretching yourself too thin, over-promising & under-delivering, and essentially exerting yourself until stress overtakes all of your joy & love of the world. Stress will turn any Life Code #2/11 into a mega-procrastinator, to the point where he/she feels paralyzed from taking even the slightest step forward. Both have the ability to build great things, but must be mindful of their strengths and areas of vulnerability.
Life Code #2/11 & Enlightenment:
According to Buddhist belief, enlightenment is ‘the experience of true reality, an “awakening” through which one could comprehend the true nature of things marked by the absence of desire and/or suffering’.
So, what is the absence of desire and/or suffering for a Life Code #2/11?
Answer: The harmony between the male & female energies, which shows up as the harmony and/or balance within your inner world. If unbalanced in your internal world, aka your inner-critic, Life Code #2/11s will ‘spin its wheels’ around & around from indecision, procrastination and/or self-sabotaging behavior. You are your own worst critic, and when there’s conflict between your male & female energies, you’ll become paralyzed with apathy until internal balance is restored.
However, when these two energies are balanced within your internal world, you possess a decision making super-power no other Life Code compares to…. When your internal world is in harmony you will make the correct decision every time and you won’t second-guess them either. Your confidence, swagger, poise, etc will be oozing out of you, and your decisiveness will be noticed & contagious from others.
Another way of saying it…. When a Life Code #2/11 is balanced, his/her instant decision making ability is manifested as intuition in our external world. Life comes easy, every decision is quick & simple, and you’re never second-guessing yourself. You become the ‘hammer’ and life becomes the ‘nail’.
How can a Life Code #2/11 find balance/harmony between their male & female energies?
If there’s too much ‘female’ energy in a Life Code #2/11 the energy will be stagnate, sluggish, lethargic and a feeling of being ‘stuck’. An imbalance of feminine energy has a very passive & indecisive-type decision making energy.
If there’s too much ‘male’ energy in a Life Code #2/11 the energy will be rushed, impulsive, and reflex-like void of any consideration of others. An imbalance of masculine energy has a very reactive, aggressive & inconsiderate-type decision making energy.
How do you balance the energies once you’ve identified the imbalance?
(What worked for me)I needed to identify my inner judgements/ideologies about the male & female energies, preferably what are my beliefs about the masculine & feminine energies.
Once I was able to make my unconscious beliefs conscious, I was then able to neutralize them, which in return put me back within balance.
I first made a list of all of my masculine & feminine traits. I then sat with the list and began asking myself questions about each trait on each list, until I self-discovered something extremely profound & mesmerizing….. I’m not going to spoil it for you, but try it out for yourself!
