In HEINEKEN, we have made DE&I a strategic business priority as part of boosting our company’s culture. This is also a part of our Social Pillar for our Brew a Better Cambodia commitment. We have a diverse team, we love and practice inclusive culture where everyone is treated fairly and equally.

At HEINEKEN, we aim to create a culture where people openly discuss and address well-being while embracing enjoyment of life. To create this, we pay full attention to:

Company Clinic and our Clinic Team’s Support
Besides the support from our Clinic team, we also provide co-operated Health Service with hospitals to support employees on top of Premium Insurance from private insurance company.
We also promote practices and launch campaigns to support our employees’ Professional Wellbeing, Emotional Wellbeing, Social Wellbeing, Physical Wellbeing.
We support our employees with HEINEKEN ‘Care nutritious food packages’ for our employees in the city an a $100 financial package for our employees in the provinces for those who infected by COVID 19. Vaccination Support was also provided following the guideline from Ministry of Health.
Safety & Security
Safety & Security is the top priority we pay full attention to. Safety Induction must be provided to all employees, contractors, guests and especially new employees before they join HEINEKEN to insure awareness before entering company’s property and performing certain job. It’s also also part of everyone’s responsibility to each individual and the whole society.
Our 12 Life Saving Commitment creates commitments and underlie expectations and actions to work safely, protecting our and others physical integrity and, ultimately, life. They have to be strictly followed inside and outside workplace and all time.
