There’s Nothing You Can’t Do, Only Things That You’re Afraid To Do
--
As some of you might know, I decided to embark on this crazy art journey back in September 2017.
If you didn’t know, I taught myself how to draw a few years back but I never took it seriously.
I used to do little drawings here and there but sometimes I would wait months to do a new drawing.
However, I recently went through a major depression and the only thing that could calm me down and keep my mind out of things was drawing.
Drawing became my therapy and without knowing it, I was doing it every single day.
That’s when I decided to take drawing more seriously and I created this little project.
I am really excited to share this project with you!
I can already notice the evolution of my drawing skills within this project and that, to me, is the best part of this whole journey!
And I hope that my little art journey can inspire you to do the things that you really want to do but are too afraid to do.
A few years ago I didn’t know how to draw and I used to look at other people’s drawings thinking “Wow! I wish I knew how to do that too!” but little did I know that I could do that too, if only I did it instead of wishing.
So whatever you want to do in life, please just do it already! You’ll surprise yourself at how many things you can actually do!
You’re more capable than you think!
So without further ado, I am very excited to show you the first 5 drawings of my little art project! If you want to know more about the project and why I made certain choices such as the color choices, the flower inspiration etc… Please read my other blog post, “I Drew Everyday For The Past Few Months And Now I Have An Art Magazine!”
Make sure you follow me on instagram to see when I post a new drawing! Sometimes I also make some random drawings that are not part of the LALAINARTS magazine project so make sure you follow me to see those too! ☺︎
