Additionally, we noticed that the restaurantโs inefficient service resulted in long wait times for food.
In a moment of inspiration ๐ก, we conceived a simple yet ingenious solution: implementing QR codes at each table. Customers could easily scan the code to access the menu, complete with detailed descriptions and ingredient information. This not only streamlined the ordering process but also eliminated misunderstandings, ensuring accurate orders. Furthermore, by digitizing the ordering system, we aimed to reduce the workload for waitstaff and expedite service.
Our vision didnโt stop there ๐. With the burgeoning popularity of UPI payments sweeping across India during that period, we saw an opportunity to integrate digital payments into our solution. By enabling customers to pay via UPI, we envisioned reducing queues at billing counters, further enhancing the overall dining experience.
At that time, such a comprehensive solution was absent from the Indian market. We embarked on our entrepreneurial journey to solve this problem and revolutionize the dining experience in India.
Encountering the challenge of scalability with our dining solution, we delved into various methods to create an efficient product capable of accommodating a large audience. Despite making significant progress and nearing perfection, we encountered limitations in scalability. Despite our efforts to overcome this hurdle, we couldnโt devise an efficient solution that could cater to a vast audience.
