- Internal vs external. Role = parent, teacher, student, administrator, community at large
- A group of people who have a common interest, problem to solve, or question
- We believe the Kansas City Community should be involved in solving the most pressing problems in education through innovation!
- Mutually empowering and supporting population? Lifting and working together? Inclusive?

- A group of persons who give aid in achieving mutual goals, visions, desired outcomes
