Devcon 4 Updates by Genny — Where should I stay?
Prague Congress Centre
The venue for Ethereum Devcon 4 is the Prague Congress Center (in Czech: Kongresové Centrum Praha) — this info was confirmed to me on July 6th by the Ethereum Foundation.
When deciding where you want to stay during Devcon 4, you must decide whether you want to stay close to the Prague Congress Centre or prefer to stay further away and ride the underground railway network, use Uber, drive, etc.

Travel to the PCC
By underground railway network (Subway / Metro):
- The Prague Congress Centre is adjacent to the Vyšehrad station on Line C (or red line).

Airbnb
If searching Airbnb for a place to stay, you’ll soon discover that very few people are advertising about being close to the Prague Congress Center; therefore, you can use the following as pointers to finding a close location:
- The Prague Congress Centre is located in Prague 4 (Praha 4), but Prague 4 is a big area, so make sure to look at the map.
- Anything mentioning how far it is from the Vyšehrad station is the same as mentioning the Prague Congress Centre.
- Use the map feature inside Airbnb and locate the Vyšehrad train/subway/metro station inside Prague 4 (Praha 4) and zoom out slowly to find places available for your dates.
- Some locations in Prague 2 (Praha 2) are also close enough to walk to the Prague Congress Centre.
Hostels
If you are going to Devcon 4 on a budget, hostels can be your cheapest option.
