HOW TO MAKE MONEY AS A WRITER
My Top Platforms For Writing Business
the opportunities are limitless
Medium is at the top of my list.
I love Medium. There is no doubt about it.
However, I prefer to expand my business to other social media platforms as well.
I am listing here writing platforms that you can try for your writing business. I prefer giving the new platform at least 90 days to see the desired results.
My top 3 writing platforms
- Twitter — If your favorite writers are not on Medium, then 100% of them will be on Twitter. After Medium, Twitter is the best platform if you love the art of writing. It works best for ghostwriters.
- YouTube — I have said many times that YouTube is the King of all social media platforms. My suggestion would be to go on YouTube; it doesn’t matter what your niche is.
- Substack/Gumroad — It’s not a social media platform but a newsletter platform where you can share your writings with your audience. These platforms have millions of visitors each month. I hope you won’t miss out on these opportunities. I prefer Gumroad for my newsletter and digital products.
Conclusion
This year, I plan to pay more attention to my YouTube channel. I’ll suggest you start on other platforms as well.
Choose any one from Substack or Gumroad. You don’t have to build on all platforms. Only two will work as well. Substack and Gumroad are free. Email marketing tools are expansive.
writers, time to expand your business!
There is no better time to start than now. I hope this helped!
