I recently checked all my side hustles I have done till now. Some have failed miserably. Not because of the niche or something. The reason was me. You make money only when you work hard on it.
While there are still some for which I have an active account till now. And this year I will be making these side hustle reach my money goals.
My 7 Side Hustles
- Music store — I have two stores in different niches. But I count them as one. Same business name but different physical products. Production is handled by a third party. I make sales consistently but now it’s time to take it to the next level.
- YouTube — This year I am aiming to concentrate on ONE YouTube channel only. I know we all get overwhelmed thinking about how easy it is to create an account and the numerous ways to make money from it. But the real problem is consistency. So this whole year, my other channel is going to take a backseat and gonna concentrate only on one channel. No automation this time. I will be making videos myself. After all, I like creativity.
- Secret Twitter account — I never talked about this Twitter account. It focuses on philosophy, education, and book reviews. Most of my audience here are men(I really don’t know why). I will monetize it using the Gumroad Affiliate Program.
- Third Medium Blog — This I won’t be consistent here. But will work only a few hours a week. I’ll work only on weekends. No update for now.
Conclusion
Remember that having many side hustles doesn’t mean you’ll make more money.
But try your best to have a few side hustles only. Because starting a side hustle is easy but marketing consistently is not.
It takes a long time to make your first sale. After that, things will get easy.
