Holding Founders and Member Pass NFTs gives you access to guaranteed token allocations on the IDO Pass DAO LaunchPad. Additionally there are benefits in the form of Cardano Native Asset “Token” airdrops and participation in the IDO PASS DAO Swam Treasury, as well as unique charting tools and much more.

About Founders Passes

Founders Passes were minted at the start of Q1 2022. The Founders Pass mint was limited to just 1000 NFTs and they grant holders numerous benefits and remain the most important NFT in the IDO Pass DAO ecosystem.

The Founders Pass NFTs have the following benefits:

• Founders Passes vaulted on the IDO Pass DAO Digital Assets Delegation Platform earn 8 $IDP/day. This will be lowered over time, TBA. Holding $IDP is one of two ways to gain guaranteed and/or early access to token launches on the launchpad.
• Five times (5x) voting power in the Swarm. The Swarm is the “DAO” portion of IDO PASS DAO. The swarm manages the DAO’s treasury through governance, and all investments made with the Swarm Treasury are presented by and voted on by IDO Pass DAO NFT holders.
• These NFTs have received numerous developer airdrops and may still receive additional surprise airdrops and utility not available to Member or Booster Pass holders. Snapshots for these benefits may be unannounced and taken at any time without notice.
• Airdrop of tokens that release on the Launchpad. Projects that utilize the Launchpad distribute a percentage of tokens to IDO Pass DAO Founders and Member Pass NFT holders in exchange for utilizing the platform.
• Founders Pass NFTs receive access to the IPD Chart Analyzation Tool. The tool is a highly-customized Trading ViewⓇ interface with hundreds of chart analysis components that go far beyond traditional analyzation tools into the realm of the more hard to access tools with very high paywalls. This tool is regularly updated.
• Each Founders Pass NFT comes with guaranteed five times (5x) allocation on the Launchpad, relative to the allocation Members Passes (rarity “None” receive, see below).

About Member Passes
Member Pass NFTs were minted in Q4 of 2022, this mint expanded the community while still respecting the benefits our earliest adopters. There are 4555 Member Passes, these provide similar utility to Founders Passes with lesser rewards, though unlike Founders Passes, Members Passes have rarity levels that correspond to tiered guaranteed allocations on the Launchpad.

The Member Pass NFTs have four rarities and allocation multipliers:

• Member Passes vaulted on the IDO Pass DAO Digital Assets Delegation Platform earn 8 $IDP/day. This will be lowered over time, TBA. Holding $IDP is a way to gain guaranteed and/or early access to token launches on the launchpad.
• One times (1x) voting power in the Swarm. The Swarm is the “DAO” portion of IDO PASS DAO. The swarm manages the DAO’s treasury through governance, and all investments made with the Swarm Treasury are presented by and voted on by IDO Pass DAO NFT holders.
• These NFTs have also received numerous developer airdrops though in less quantity than Members Passes. They too may still receive additional surprise airdrops. Snapshots for these benefits may be unannounced and taken at any time without notice.
• Airdrop of tokens that release on the Launchpad. Projects that utilize the Launchpad distribute a percentage of tokens to IDO Pass DAO Founders and Member Pass NFT holders in exchange for utilizing the platform.

  - Uncommon — Light-Blue Background | 2.5x Guaranteed Launchpad Token Allocation
  - Rare — Red Background | 5x Guaranteed Launchpad Token Allocation
• “Rare” (Red Background) These rare Member Passes (Quantity 20) have the same benefits as Founders Passes.
