Booster Pass NFTs enable your vault to generate $IDP at an accelerated pace. Booster Pass NFTs multiply the rewards of individual Founders Pass NFTs and Member Pass NFTs, Booster Passes can also amplify each other, serving as the lowest cost of entry into our ecosystem.
In addition to the multiplier trait, there are three special traits (Crown [Head], Flaming Crown [Head], IPD Card [Hand]) capable of multiplying an entire vault’s rewards, along with an additional trait (Royal [Body]) that grants 1.2x vault multiplication, regardless of existing multipliers. Just like the Founders and Member Passes, Booster Pass NFT unlocks access to the DAO’s token gated Discord community.
Several other traits provide unique supplementary benefits exclusive to holders of these traits. Breakdown of Multipliers
Each Booster Pass NFT possesses a multiplier trait. This trait serves two functions. Firstly these NFT are intended to pair with a Founders, Members, or other Booster Passes to increase the production of $IDP when staked on the Digital Asset Delegation Platform. This multiplier trait also comes into play when pairing two booster passes together, with the higher multiplier becoming an $IDP generating asset. This pairing results in rewards equal to Founders and Member Passes, multiplied by the multiplier. For instance, if a Founders or Member Pass currently yields 8 $IDP per day, a booster pass with a 0.8 multiplier trait will generate (8 * 0.8) or 6.4 $IDP, the Booster Pass would then compound based on 6.4 $IDP per day.
Moreover, there are four traits capable of multiplying an entire vaults rewards. These include the Crown, Flaming Crown, Royal and IPD Card traits, which can be applied to each pass generating $IDP in your vault, thereby multiplying their base values. You can activate all four multipliers, but only one of each type per vault. These multipliers do not interact with each other; rather, each of these traits boosts the rewards based on its specific multiplier trait.
Crown, Flaming Crown and IPD Card traits multiply your entire vault based off of their multiplier trait. The royal trait however is used to multiply an entire vault at a fixed rate of 1.2, regardless of its multiplier trait. These traits represent the most valued passes in the collection, and only one of each vault wide multiplier can be utilized per wallet.
For example:
If you possess one of each of these special passes in your vault (assuming, for simplicity’s sake, that the Flaming Crown, Crown, and IPD Card have a 1x multiplier, and the Royal has a fixed rate of 1.2x): an NFT that initially produces 8 $IDP per day will now yield 41.6 $IDP per day. This can be broken down by simply adding the multipliers together and then multiplying by the base value:
1x + 1x + 1x + 1.2x = 4.2, 4.2 * 8 $IDP = 33.6 and when combined with the pass’s original 8 $IDP, the total is 41.6
This calculation assumes you possess a pass generating 8 $IDP per day.
Additional Benefits
There are also traits that possess significant value beyond their boosting capabilities:
- Gladiator (Body): For every pair of Royal (Body) and Gladiator (Body) traits you own, you’ll have a share in the royalties generated from secondary Booster Pass sales. These royalties are distributed after every 1,000 $ADA in royalties is generated.
- Tuxedo (Body): Secondary sales generating 1,000 $ADA will trigger a contest among the Kings Guard (Royal/Gladiator holders). The distribution proceeds as follows: 50% of royalties are guaranteed for Kings Guard (given their higher buy-in due to the substantial value of royals), while the remaining 50% undergoes a dice roll to determine the proportion allocated back to Kings Guard and what percentage is transferred (airdropped) to Tuxedo holders.
- Royal (Body): Features a 1.2x vault-wide multiplier, limited to 1 per wallet.
- Crown (Head), Flaming Crown (Head), and IPD Card (Hand trait): Vault-wide multipliers are determined by the multiplier trait, with one of each allowed per wallet.
- Brain (Head): Grants access to an exclusive section of Discord where the Founder Brainhead hosts events beneficial to this specific community subset. We have already airdropped Bitmaps to all Brain holders and conducted educational training to enhance familiarity with other blockchains. The “Academy” promises much more, drawing from Brainheads 13+ years of experience in crypto.
- Globe (Hand trait): The Swarm holds an World Mobile Earth Node NFT; 20% of the rewards generated by the node will be reserved and airdropped to Globe trait holders (1 share per Globe).
- Voodoo (Head): As the rarest trait in our collection, surpassing even Member Passes in rarity, Voodoo earns a prestigious spot at the top. All Voodoo NFTs will function as Founders Passes.
- Astronaut (Body) and Astronaut Helmet (Head): Holders of these traits are members of the Moon Boy Club; each trait qualifies as 1 share in this alpha group’s treasury.
