IRISnet (a.k.a IRIS Hub) is designed to be the foundation for the next-generation distributed applications. Built with Cosmos-SDK, IRIS Hub enables cross-chain interoperability through a unified service model, while providing a variety of modules to support DeFi applications. TL;DR

HTLC on IRIS Hub supported Nyancat testnet rewards claiming;
COSMOS-SDK based irishub is refactored. The bug of snapshot is solved;

Technical Updates

HTLC on IRIS Hub supported Nyancat testnet rewards claiming

Earlier, validators participated in the IRISnet incentivized testnet and got rewards. At present, the validators have received rewards by initiating an atomic swap with the mainnet from the testnet through the new HTLC protocol of IRISnet.

Irishub Software

The bug that snapshot sometimes failed is solved;
HTLC creating command is fixed;
COSMOS-SDK based irishub is refactored:

-Asset module is refactored;

-Coinswap module is refactored;

-Mint module is overwritten;

-Guardian module is refactored;

-HTLC module is refactored.

Rainbow Wallet

Rainbow v2.7.1 is released:

-Upgrade of Cosmos Hub 3 is supported. Users can now manage Atom through Rainbow;

-Several known issues are fixed and optimized;

Rainbow v2.8.0 is under development and test.

IRISplorer

Design and development of v0.10.5 will include the following updates:

-Users can view related addresses and links in the transaction list on the address details page;

-Update the query component of each transaction list page;

-Update the transaction list entry and parameters on the homepage;

-Update the IRIS Stats page, users can view CommunityTax data and address chain;

-Updated footer link to testnet.

Ecosystem

Cosmos Hub 3 mainnet upgrade

During the upgrade of Cosmos Hub3, the core development team of IRISnet coordinated the Chinese tech community, answered questions from validators, exchanges, and wallets. The core development team of IRISnet is also a validator of Cosmos with the name IRISnet-Bianjie.

Rainbow Wallet Twitter Page is Live

Rainbow Wallet new Twitter account is live with the account ID @WalletRainbow. The previous English information about the wallet can be viewed on Twitter @irisnetwork. Rainbow Wallet is a secure and convenient BPoS blockchain wallet that currently supports Atom and IRIS.

UniCoins Dapp Market

UniCoins is a Dapp market used as a red pocket in China based on IRISnet and Cosmos. It enables users to send cryptocurrency directly to others using a function of red pocket, create and share a lucky draw event, and make an intelligent bulk transfer. The UniCoins test module is now available online. Users are welcome to log in to UniCoins and view their invitation codes and invitation links in the personal center. Inviting friends to sign up through the invitation codes, you can get token rewards if they meet the requirements.

Cosmostation Wallet Android Version now Supports IRIS Hub Proposal Voting

IRISnet users can now vote on on-chain proposals on IRIS Hub through the Cosmostation Wallet. Cosmostation Wallet is a cryptocurrency wallet application developed by Cosmostation, providing wallet services in English and Korean for Cosmos Hub, IRIS Hub, Binance Chain, and KAVA.

Staking for Tendermint Supports IRISnet

Staking for Tendermint run by Kytzu and syncnode supports Cosmos, Terra, IRISnet(read-only for now, we have a problem with the local signing), Kava and Bitsong. It’s more than a wallet, as supports voting for governance proposals, delegating to validators, withdrawing rewards, re-delegation form one validator to another and more.
