On August 29 UTC, Rainbow Wallet released version 2.3 with a fully upgraded UI and its operations of the new version are a lot more clear. How to Withdraw Rewards?
Withdraw Rewards from a Single Validator
Tap on [Stake]- choose one of the validator-select [Withdraw]-type the amount that you want to withdraw; then enter a password to finish the withdraw. You can choose to withdraw all or partial of the rewards.
- Withdraw rewards: transfer the rewards to your account.
- Withdraw and delegate: delegate the rewards to the same validator.
Withdraw All
Tap on [Stake]-Selete [Rewards]-go to [Withdraw All]-enter the password and all of the rewards will go to your account.
Check Detailed Information about Rewards
Tap on [Stake] — go to the menu icon on the right top corner to see all of the delegation record — select [Withdraw] to see the total withdraw history.
Tips: How to Use Rainbow Wallet Safely
1. Always backup mnemonic
It can prevent your wallet from the loss causedby the damage of the computer or software
It can help you to check your asset through connecting your key to the blockchain, after your device get stolen or lost.
2. Store only a small amount of tokens for the daily usage
If the only reason for you to use cryptocurrency is trading, you should store a small amount of tokens in the Rainbow Wallet.
Storing a large amount of tokens is for better security. But high gas fee will be charged due to the frequent transaction.
3. Keep a good habit of upgrading Rainbow to the latest version
To ensure the best function of security, you should update your Rainbow App to the newest version.
4. Add extra security mechanism
Besides using a different password and a private key, you can add 2FA, which requieres a new dynamic password after a password is entered.
5. Use the following method to find your Rainbow Wallet if you uninstall it or lose your mobile phone accidentally:
Redownload Rainbow Wallet: Select [Import Wallet]-Enter mnemonic and new password;
If you have the Rainbow Wallet: Tap on [Me]-Choose [Manage Wallet]-Select [Import Wallet]-Enter mnemonic and new password.
