Positivity can change your life right now! Do you have any idea that simple thoughts can change your life?

Positivity is the reason why that neighbor that seems to be a ray of sunshine has perfect health. Positivity is the reason why those classmates you have get a good grade without studying too much.

It’s unfair, but positivity can defeat hard work any day. This is your sign to start being positive, and listed below are the reasons why positivity can change your life and the ways you can practice living full of positivity so you can experience the wonders it can change your life!

You see, I have read a lot of books scientific and spiritual and they all down to this three things: be present, be positive and be grateful.

Rewiring your brain to always anticipate the worse is making your subconscious mind crave the feeling you always choose to feel. If you like to think about negative outcomes there is a high percentage that a negative outcome with be your reality.

Choosing to be happy is just as easy as choosing to be sad but happiness seem to be an uncomfortable emotion for it lacks the emotion of thrill. One way or another people started craving sadness by watching sad movies, reading sad ending books and listening to sad songs. Guess what, doing all that would make you crave sadness to the point that you’ll see sadness in every point of life.

So why don’t you reverse that despite the uneasy state at first since you are not used to happiness. Try watching happy movies, listen to happy music, and read happy ending books. Reprogram your mind and it would start craving happiness. You’ll start to see the beauty and joy in everything.

Make it a conscious act of choosing happiness. If it serves you no purpose, leave it be. If it is outside of your control it is outside of your concern. CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY!

BENEFITS OF BEING POSITIVE!
