There was nowhere to go but everywhere, so just keep on rolling under the stars.

When we started to work on our product — we started with problem in mind. BIG problem that we aim to solve. But as always, ideation and execution are two different things.

Our Roadmap

We’re aware that it will takes us sometimes to reach our ultimate destination (vision). So along the journey, we strengthen our existence by focusing into better positioning.

Our Positioning & Strategies

Breaking down our big vision help us in :

  1. Recognise current stage of our product — what industry vertical it belongs to, stakeholders, competitive landscape and market that we serve.
  2. Recognise what unique selling proposition (USP) our product should offer to the users and consumers at each of the stage — what are the unresolved pain points and possible solution(s).
  3. Identify what skills set our team needs.
  4. Identify regulatory environments (if any) that we need to comply with — Google Play, Apple Store and local regime.
  5. Recognise revenue model of each stage that may contribute monetary benefit to the company.
  6. Launches, consistently.
