In all four services that we serve our users, we implementing freemium model.

Over The Top (OTT) Communication Services

Freemium is the word. Our users can freely connect with each other through in-app communication services. They send & receive messages (text, image, audio, video, location and contact) by using our messaging service. They initiate & receive calls with our voice and video service.

The communication doesn’t stop there — our users have the ability to connect with anyone outside our network by making calls to landline and mobile numbers. This is premium. And we’re keen to extend the value for messaging (A2P) too. This is one of the WHYs.

In-app Call & Cross Network Call

People who live in our ecosystem come from different background with different expertise. Good thing about social network is the power of connection stream where we can reach anyone we want. We can connect with people that can help us on our business, education, life, health, works, skills, financial and so on. On the other side, those people who are ready & willing to help us, make theirselves reachable through on demand advice — this is premium.

Content Sharing Services

When it comes to content consumption, we (consumers) consume the content everywhere through different platforms. Creative arts, informative video, e-learning materials, news, stories, entertainment and podcast. Those people who produce the content (creators) share freely their works. This is freemium.

But what if we want to consume good exclusive content that we really love from people that we like? We pay for the content they created. This is premium.

We build our visual gallery by posting great moments in our life. We share with friends and family members. But yet, as a human, we’re live by our senses. We want to touch. So yeah, now we want to print the images / photos we added to our gallery. Maybe in the form of photo book through on demand printing — this is premium.

Social Commerce Services

Content ecosystem is huge. One content compete with another to grab people attention through search. When we look up for something, we search. Our search approaches are vary but there’s common pattern in today’s social world — interest / preference and place. On the content creators side, content they created will appear in search result, organically, and from time to time, it will appear somewhere far lower from the surface. This is freemium.

Creators have the opportunity to prioritise their content through in app ads. They are not only can reach more people but appear in the correct audience pool by purchasing whatever keyword (hashtag) and location that may relevant to them. This is premium.
