Why?
I don’t keep a journal, and I have never blogged before. So, why now?
In part because it is January 2021, and I am nine months into a pandemic, with probably another six (nine?) to go. I have done all the pandemic activities: birdwatching, cake-making, bread-baking (but not sourdough)…
