Every human wants to be appreciated and acknowledged. Sadly, the world presents us with a restricted list of professions which can fulfil that desire! Eg, Film industry, Cricket, Singers, Business Tycoons!
The strong desire to be someone else kills our unique God-given talent. Being enamoured with other’s talent, we murder silently our own unique gift! The desire to be someone else is so much that a person loses the very self! Because I am not good at what I like, I can’t succeed. Because I am not doing what I am good at, I don’t succeed. Thus, a talented failure!

Krishna enlightened and instructed him to continue his specific duty as a warrior because he is an expert at that (Bhagavad Gita 18.47). The world knows, he emerged victoriously!
