Hi friends, welcome. I am pleased you have found my ‘happy, introverted corner’ here in beautiful San Diego.
I hail from the breathtaking island of Jamaica, with its turquoise beaches, radiant sunshine, and unmatched cuisine. I am the eldest of 11 children, having eight brothers and two sisters.
Like you, I have life stories and experiences worth sharing. To this end, I seek to inspire, encourage, coach, and motivate, hoping that my writing will resonate with even one person…You.
I write about life as it unfolds and its many lessons surrounding family, parenting, motherhood, career-hood, self-improvement, small businesses, foods, home décor, and spirituality.
I am most passionate about my immediate family, including my darling boys, ages 7.5 and 6, and my handsome husband. And I am most committed to the same. Therein lies my badge of honor — family.
