About Me — Natasha J.
The loner who can’t sleep.
“Tell me about yourself”
My mind: “No”
My mind: “Can't say no”
My mind: “Tell them you’re the sugar honey iced tea”
People only know what you tell them, and I don’t divulge much. The answer to the dreaded “Tell me about yourself” depends on who’s asking. If it’s a tinder prospect I will normally say “I like wings, bacon cheese fries, beer, and sports. This answer usually does the trick. I mean it’s tinder, for some a hook up app, so his chances of caring that I have spelling bee trophies is likely slim. If the question is brought up during a job interview I will say the usual answer “I’m hard working, dependable, and willing to learn”. While these are true, the person doing the interview has probably already judged me based on my chipped fingernail polish, so what’s the point of giving my autobiography? I have a difficult time making friends- at this grown age.
I’ve been advised that I need to open up more so here we go:
- I’m adopted.
No I’m not a charity chase. No I do not hate her / nor do I know her. I love her…
