About Me — RanVijay
I believe in “Life Rewards Action”
My name is RanVijay. It’s a special post for me 🙂. I want to take this opportunity to introduce myself.
My growth mindset is a cornerstone of my journey. I firmly believe in the power of tiny gains, striving to improve myself by o.oo1% every day.
This belief has been a driving force in my personal and professional development, and I hope it can inspire you on your journey.
My journey in the medium has been very fulfilling so far. I started writing with a few lines as my first post to complete 90 blogs before Jan 1st 2025. I intend to write one blog every day. Quality should be more valued than quantity, but this exercise aims to train my mind. Now I can say that with my writing experience on Medium , writing comes easily to me !! I can indeed become a better writer.
India is not just my birthplace, but a country I am deeply connected to. It’s a land of rich culture and diversity, home to one of the world’s seven wonders and the birthplace of Yoga.
I come from a very humble family background in a remote village. My father is from an agricultural background. I am grateful to my parents, who have taken all the risk and pain to educate me despite their financial challenges.
Professionally, I am deeply involved in the Information & Technology sector. My love for reading and writing about habits, mindset, productivity, emotion, leadership, time management, and human behaviours has led me to become a trained life coach.
I am a big fan of mini-habits. I perform 23 mini habits daily, which shape my being for who I am today. Forming new habits and doing them consistently with discipline comes easily to me. I give myself the optimum challenge to create more than one habit every year, which helps me become a better version of myself. I have been doing this for the last 5 years and see a massive shift in myself. I have a growth mindset and love to be in the flow.
I spend some time with myself without a phone, pen, paper…Just myself. I love walking in nature. I love travelling for a tour of a couple of days half a year. I love meditation
I have travelled to many parts of India, Thailand, Nepal, Malaysia, and Australia. I have also done adventure activities like scuba, river rafting, and paragliding.
I can help you form a new habit that can shape your life. The real competition is between you(The past version) and you ( Desired version).
My passion for personal development is evident in my writing. I often delve into habits, mindset, productivity, emotion, leadership, time management, and human behaviours, sharing my insights and experiences with my readers.
