Music Composer Who Loves To Write and Draw

The Early Years

I was born in Mumbai, India, but I spent most of my formative years in New Delhi, surrounded by the creative energy of my father’s world.

My father was a well known artist, sculptor, professor, I was always surrounded by creativity and creative people.

I have vivid memories of his studio, filled with his artist friends, and the countless exhibitions I attended — it all feels fresh in my mind to this day.

As a naturally introverted child, I was shy and reserved. Although I didn’t have trouble making friends, I preferred to retreat into my own thoughts rather than engage in conversation. This aspect of my personality has remained with me throughout my life.

My true joy came from spending hours listening to music and trying to recreate the melodies I heard on tape using an old, dusty acoustic guitar that lay around the house.

Music brought me more happiness than playing outside with other kids.

The Shift

After graduating from high school, I moved to Mumbai to pursue a degree in Economics.

But life had other plans. My father passed away after a fall and it changed everything.
