How I Create Moments of Intention to Break Free From The Every Day Hustle With A Dash Of Solo Travel
There’s no better self-discovery experience than traveling solo. It is one of the best things anyone can do, and if you’re up for it, I highly recommend it.
Traveling solo is a unique adventure because you’re out on your own; all decisions are yours. All wins are yours, and conversely, all fails are yours.
You are designing every element of your day with no influence, worries, or anxieties about what others will think.
I am writing this from Halifax, Nova Scotia. I am here solo, halfway through a week-long trip, and it’s been amazing.
On the surface, the people, the place, the vibe, the city, and the coffee have been incredible. But the real gems are hidden beneath the activities, the sights, and the delicious coffee.
It’s the thoughts, the emotions, and the radical ideas that you have space to think of when you’re out on your own. It’s the new habits you pick up and the new things you try.
Even better when some of these new habits, experiences and learnings are infused into your world when you get back home.
