Hey Cashflow Mavericks! Today, I’m pulling back the curtain on my personal journey on the Medium platform as a wide-eyed newbie. I know this format might feel a tad different, but I’m eager to share my story. Despite being a beginner in this world, my experience is rooted in personal finance, so keep reading if you’re curious to uncover what transpired when my first follower and publisher decided to take a chance on me. Don’t worry I will throw in a bit of personal finance wisdom.
What Happened?
So, I boldly joined Medium on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at precisely 5:24 PM (yes, I’m that specific). Excited with enthusiasm but lacking knowledge, I didn’t know a “clap” from a “comment.” Naturally, I did what any smart professional would do — I hopped onto YouTube! Thanks to my virtual YouTube Bible, Mr. Hudson Rennie (Go check him out), I gained just enough rookie wisdom to feel dangerously confident about blowing up on Medium (or at least in my dreams).
